She works with teams, leaders, and organizations seeking to grow and make positive impact. Carol’s strengths lie in her ability to custom-design and implement programs in leadership development, team development, communication, productive conflict, and change management.

Carol is the author of the Spiral of Accountability ™, published in 2024. Her second book, releasing in June, 2026, digs deeper into using the Spiral to bridge divides.
