Excellence in Instructional Design

This award honors an ATD Nebraska member for their creatively engaging and measurably effective instructional design project implemented in the current year. The project can be one that benefited the community, the member’s workplace, or the ATD Nebraska chapter. Digital samples representing elements of the training product(s) and metrics demonstrating evidence of their effectiveness are required for consideration of this award.

Excellence in Facilitation

This award honors an ATD Nebraska member for their engaging facilitation of training at an ATD Nebraska programming event or the ATD Nebraska sponsored regional conference. The speaker who obtains the highest rating on the survey that follows their presentation at the program or conference wins this award.

Leading Organization in Talent Development

This award recognizes an organization that is dedicated to providing effective learning and development programs for their employees, customers, or volunteers. Two awards will be given, one for an organization that serves the learning and development needs of an audience of over 500 people and another for an organization serving 500 or fewer people.
