As L&D professionals, we often focus on developing others and forget to prioritize our own growth. Join us for the first meeting of the new Career Planning Special Interest Group (SIG), where we’ll build a support system to help each other thrive.
In this inaugural session, we’ll carve out time to reflect on our own career goals and explore how we can support one another in that journey. Brenda L. Peterson—The Layoff Lady and our Career Planning SIG leader—will facilitate the session. Together, we’ll brainstorm topics of interest and shape the future direction of the group.
