The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. These professionals take the knowledge, skills, and abilities of others and help them achieve their full potential. ATD's members represent more than 100 countries and connect locally in almost 140 U.S. chapters and 25 Global Networks. Members work in thousands of organizations of all sizes, in government, as independent consultants, and suppliers.

The ATD Nebraska Chapter

Our mission is to enhance members’ abilities, to develop talent and support clients and organizations in our local and global communities. 

Our 2026 vision is to connect and grow talent development professionals for meaningful impact.

Our History

ATD Nebraska Chapter received its charter from ATD National on January 21, 1959, and had 26 members from over 20 companies in the Omaha metro area.

Today, the ATD Nebraska chapter has over 200 members representing over 100 companies. Our Board of Directors orchestrate chapter activities, including workshops, tools, networking opportunities, and resources that enhance the talent development abilities of our members and community.
