About the Speaker:

Jen Wichern is an Organization Development Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). Energized by helping others discover and do what they love, Jen’s experience lends her to work on diverse projects including talent management, leadership development, change management, coaching, and training and development. Jen is a past president of the Association for Talent Development Nebraska Chapter (ATD Nebraska). She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from College of Saint Mary and certifications in Emergenetics, Prosci Change Management, Advance Consulting Skills, Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0, Intercultural Development Inventory, and Life and Leadership Coaching.

The Learning Leaders Form is a monthly networking of top decision makers from across the state of Nebraska ideating and sharing challenges and wins from their perspective in the latest talent development industry trends.
