About Our Speaker:
Monica is a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Omaha Public Power District. She received her Masters of Science in Instructional Design in 2011 and has been using her knowledge to help bring content and curriculum to life. Outside of her day to day job, Monica created her own company, Digimonics LLC, which focuses on consulting and building training for small businesses.
