Topic: Trivium Life Services & the Center of Excellence

We will meet in person for this month's meeting and a Zoom link will be available for those unable to attend on site.  Trivium has a long history of empowering those with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness, and brain injuries towards independence through residential and day habilitation services.

Come meet with other talent development strategic connectors and learn more about Trivium's learning culture and how they operate their Center of Excellence (https://www.triviumlifeservices.org/coe/).

Guest speaker will be Karen Wagoner, Director of The Trivium Experience.

Trivium’s Center of Excellence (COE) is a development center aiming to create more inclusive leaders through training, consultations, and CliftonStrengths® Coaching. With the Center of Excellence, Trivium is closing the gap between who we are now and who we can be, to provide better services with a more engaged and empowered workforce.

Following our meeting, join us for more networking on Trivium's campus and purchase your lunch at The Terrace (https://www.theterracecb.com/)!

The Learning Leaders Forum is a monthly networking of top decision makers from across the state of Nebraska ideating and sharing challenges and wins from their perspective in the latest talent development industry trends. These monthly meetings draw together ATD Nebraska chapter members and community leaders who are Talent Development professionals in mid- to senior-level leadership positions at their organizations.  For this forum only, chapter membership is not a requirement.

Each month, a different participant hosts a discussion topic centered around initiatives, challenges, case studies, or development programs relevant to leaders. Join us to collaborate and share best practices!

If you are unsure of your eligibility to participate or would like more information, please email pastpresident@atdnebraska.org.
