In this Mindful Flow Yoga session, you can expect a combination of a slow movement series with a focus on being present in the moment, cultivating self-awareness, and using the breath as a tool for relaxation and mindfulness.
Emily Kimmell has been a dedicated yoga instructor since 2018, providing the tools of yoga & meditation to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, harness their potential, and lead a more balanced life. She teaches two classes a week at RTG Medical where she is a Talent Development Coach and has joined the ATD Nebraska Board as the Director of Career Resources for 2024.
