You will have the opportunity to participate in group discussions and activities to get your life domains in order. By the end of this training session, you will have gained a deeper understanding of how to protect and enhance your well-being and will have developed a personal action plan to help you maintain a healthy and satisfying life.
Dr. Pati Carr has over two decades of experience in learning and development and holds a PhD in Human Capital Management. Dr. Carr’s expertise spans the realms of both instructor-led and e-learning, as well as the dynamic world of virtual learning. As a visionary in curriculum development, they have consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to creating impactful learning experiences that transcend traditional boundaries.
Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Learning and Development with Carson Group, Dr. Carr plays a pivotal role in shaping the professional growth and development of individuals and teams. In addition, Dr. Carr serves as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Bellevue University helping students learn the art of presenting in the digital world. Dr. Carr is a current ATD Nebraska member and has served on the board for the Chapter in a variety of facets over the years from Secretary to VP of Programming.
