The ATD Nebraska Mentoring Program is a structured, yet informal, voluntary program. Members seeking the opportunity to partner with a senior or junior member are supported and guided through the mentor relationship by qualified program coordinators.

The program consists of a six-month relationship where both mentor and mentee explore personal and professional development through the program's comprehensive Mentoring Guide. Interested members must complete the mentee or mentor questionnaire, be willing to be paired based on the results of the questionnaire, meet monthly, and report progress to the program director.
