The Learning Event:

Peer coaching was originally developed as a cost-effective way to provide quality coaching to mid-level, high potential, and emerging leaders. However, today, many companies have realized the value of implementing a peer coaching or mentoring program at all levels. Successful peer coaching or mentoring programs are designed to foster relationships, collaborative spirit, and growth of all employees. Join Edmund Yeh, Ph.D., Leadership Consultant at Talent+, as he walks us through a successful case study. Attendees will also learn how to best match mentees with mentors using a survey tool and how to build the peer program around the objectives around the needs of the “player” not the “coach.”

Meet Your Presenter: Dr. Edmund Yeh, Ph.D.

Dr. Yeh has his doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation he completed a fellowship at Harvard University before joining Talent+ in March 2013 as a leadership consultant. Dr. Yeh took over the Plus Program in June 2013. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his wife and watching movies.
