The HPI process helps you get your clients to articulate their business goals, link these goals to human performance, diagnose the current state of performance in the organization, and think about how to identify root causes for performance deficiencies and consider solutions. During the course, you will also experience what it feels like to do performance consulting, what it takes to manage the change that accompanies solutions, and whether you have the core skills it takes to be a performance consultant.
