ASTD-Lincoln Presents:
The Designing Learning Certificate Program follows a human performance improvement approach to instructional design and includes practice in performance analysis, needs assessment, job/task analysis, and course design using templates exclusive to ASTD. The content is based on the key actions and knowledge defined by the ASTD Competency Model for designing learning.
Participants learn to apply a structured step-by-step process toward designing learning programs. This process will enable them to leave knowing how to design a complete programs including participant guides, instructor guides, and other materials and base them off their organization's business goals.
The final project will be a culminating activity based on a case study referred to throughout the workshop.
