Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Opportunity

All hands on deck!  ASTD Nebraska members are invited to participate in helping Habitat for Humanity for a day. We are in need of 20 volunteers for Saturday, August 4^th. No construction experience is required. Orientation and job training for your assigned duty that day will be provided.

ASTD Nebraska will provide water, snacks, and a box lunch for all ASTD NE volunteer members.

Location: 2204 Ames Avenue (Habitat Main Campus)

Date: Saturday, August 4th

Time: 8am-3:30pm

Details: Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, torn, or even ruined. Closed-toe shoes are a must, so put on your sneakers or work boots. Dress weather-appropriate. If the weather is cold, be sure to dress in layers and bring a hat and gloves. Too much clothing is better than not enough. Other items like sun block, hat, sunglasses, and a camera all will come in handy

***Note: Registration deadline and cancellation is Friday, July 27^th. (Any members who register and fail to show up will be charged a cancellation fee of $10. Which covers costs of food, drinks, etc..)
