In today’s fast pace and ever-demanding roles in our professional lives, valuable relationships are critical to our success. Learn how to network effectively and efficiently with others in a meaningful way. Understand how you can be a valuable resource to others, as well as understand how to get your needs met. Build upon your network in order to grow and deepen the relationship and provide mutual benefit to both parties. Relationships serve various purposes; evaluate the intent and retain each relationship at the right level with care and nurturing.

In this session, learn a process to greatly increase your networking and relationship-building skills and come away with an enthusiasm to make every new relationship valuable and mutually beneficial!


Speaker Bio: Tricia Danielsen is the Associate Director ofClient Relations for Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab℠. Danielsen creates and fosters relationships with key executives, and impacts organizations’ Human Capital through the development of learning programs and projects.

Danielsen has been working in the field of leadership and development for more than 15 years, and has held a variety of training and project management leadership positions. She has championed the design, construction, and launch of multiple corporate universities – most notably in 2008 as the Corporate University Leader for ACI Worldwide, a company that provides electronic payment solutions to the world’s top financial institutions, retailers, and payment processors. Danielsen has cultivated numerous high-level executive relationships during her many years building learning partnerships, networking, and increasing workforce value in companies around the nation.

Danielsen’s ability to connect with executives and influence employee development is apparent through her many appearances as a keynote speaker at important leadership conferences around the world. These events include the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Symposium, Corporate University Week, SkillSoft Perspectives, American Society for Training and Development Leadership Conference, and many more. She is listed in Stanford’s “Who’s Who” for her award-winning corporate learning program leadership and contributions.

Danielsen has been selected to the CLO Business Intelligence Board, the IQPC CU Week Advisory Board, and the Human Capital Executive Research Board.  She has served on the board of directors as President for American Society for Training and Development – Nebraska Chapter, along with numerous other professional organizations.

In addition to her Human Capital Lab responsibilities, Danielsen is an active member of the Omaha Performing Arts community.
