Taking it a step further to understand our team member’s strengths improve collaboration and partnership.

Join us in understanding and deep diving into Gallup strengths and then deep dive into your own strengths in our workshop following the program.

Annamarie Mann is an experienced leader and consultant focused on maximizing workplace and human capital performance. She has a deep passion for human optimization and is driven to help others achieve their purpose and potential.

Throughout her career, Annamarie has worked in and with a number of industries including the financial, retail, telecommunications, consulting and education industry. Most recently, she worked at Gallup. During her eight years at Gallup, she was a Workplace Consultant, the Employee Engagement & Wellbeing Practice Manager and the Workplace Analytics Practice Manager. In her roles, she partnered with scientists, clients, cross-functional leaders and senior consultants to develop innovative strategies, practices and products. All outcomes were aimed at identifying workplace trends and creating high-performing, world-class organizations.

On a personal note, Annamarie has two active sons, a husband in the Air Force, and a paraplegic dog who was named Omaha Herald’s 2017 Pet of the Year.

Annamarie received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication from Colorado State University.
