ATD ICE 2016: ATD ICE 2016 provided us with tools and resources to help us reach our fullest potential. We learned from the game changers, and we returned home with new contacts, fresh ideas on how to apply current and future trends to our jobs, and an invigorated passion for talent development. The keynote presenters were Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, and Jeremy Gutsche.

Learning Solutions 2016: As one of four national conferences hosted by the eLearning Guild each year, this conference focuses on proven examples of eLearning in practice. Three conference tracks were co-located in Orlando – Learning Solutions, Learning Performance Ecosystem, and AlignED. The focus was on sharing what works, leveraging technology in ways that enhance learning and performance in organizations, and delivering innovative learning solutions. Sessions were packed with learning case studies and best practices being implemented internationally with video, AR/VR, instructional design, project management, elearning tools, and much more.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Engage in discussion about conference sessions and lessons learned
Identify tools and resources being used effectively by others
Integrate ideas shared into their workplaces
