ATD Nebraska presents:
What Leaders Really Do and How to Help Them Do It
Presenter: Carol Horner
________________________________________________________________________
Leaders have a lot of responsibilities and we, as trainers, have the responsibility to help them meet those responsibilities. This presentation will look at the three key aspects of the work of leaders, the skills/behaviors associated with those aspects, and how we can help leaders develop those skills/behaviors. The three aspects are: crafting a vision, aligning people around that vision, and championing the execution of that vision. This is based on extensive research completed by Wiley.
