Training departments are repeatedly challenged to prove their value and, as resources continue to become scarcer, partnering with and educating business leaders becomes even more important. Moving those leaders from an ideal vision of return on investment (ROI) to a more realistic vision of return on expectations (ROE) can not only improve ROI, it can also lead to a longer, more fruitful relationship between training and management.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Differentiate between return on investment (ROI) and return on expectations (ROE)
  • Develop a plan for interacting with business leadership to better communicate course expectations
  • Detail the differences and advantages of performance and performance support programs
