ASTD Nebraska presents:

Demonstrating the
Value of Training

        Presenters: Pattie and Ken Leith
 _________________________________________________

When your organization determines strategic goals for the future, learning professionals should become an integral player in achieving these goals. Consider: How do you get asked to the table? What changes will be needed to connect learning with results? How will you make those changes? How will you measure the value? How will you influence others to see the relationship between learning and result? How will you show the impact that people who go through the experience have on the bottom line?

Attend an interactive workshop to focus on the critical importance of the alignment of training initiatives to the overall strategic direction. Learn about core methods to adjust curriculum and to demonstrate the value of the aligned learning to the organization’s abilities to achieve strategic goals. Develop strategies to become stronger in influencing others to view learning as a critical part of getting results, rather than a bottom-line expense.
